We can arrange shipment across Australia and New Zealand.
Each order is packed with love, please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered.
We accept all major credit cards, Amex, Afterpay and Paypal.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll discuss the return options.
Just a Girl Boutique doesn’t allow pre-orders at this stage.
Payment, Shipping & Returns
Returns Policies
At Just a Girl Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. This is why we ask you try on instore before purchase, so we offer returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. This will be for Store Credit only and a Standard one-off (10% of purchase price) Re-stocking fee will occur. Please contact us via our website for more details.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Exclusions:
We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale or clearance. We do not refund for incorrect choice.
Purchased Jewellery and Watches and Scarves.
Misleading or false information given during the returns process.
3. Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bronwyn@justagirl.com.au or via our website or Listed phone number.
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
All returns should be approved by Store Manager before shipping.
5. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) for Faulty Items.
Store Credit will be Credited to your Just a Girl Boutique account minus the (10% of purchase price) restocking fee if it applies in all other valid cases.
6. Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us to arrange Eligibility of an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability and Managers Approval. If the desired item is not available, Store Credit will be Credited to your Just a Girl Boutique account.
7. Change of Mind:
If you have simply changed your mind, you may still return the item(s) for store credit, excluding shipping costs and Restocking fee (10% of purchase price).
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
No Refunds for Change of mind.
8. Australian Consumer Law:
Our return policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which provides consumers with certain guarantees regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, and compliance of goods sold by businesses.
